Receipt of parcels

7 Days Return Policy
Returned goods which are not faulty or not sent in error, will be credited at 90% of the original invoice value and must be returned to us unused, in resalable condition and in the original packaging. . We will be unable to refund postage costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a 7 Day Return Policy on tattoo inks, as we cannot guarantee the sterility of these products once delivered.
Return Policy 7 Days
Products must be unused and in their original boxes and packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form. All returns must be sent with a tracking number and insured. Tattoo inks are excluded from our 7 Day Return Policy. When we process your refund, the funds are returned within 10 business days to the original payment method. The 7 Day Return Policy does not apply to faulty items – such items must be returned in accordance with our Defective Items Return Policy.
Return Policy for Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive one of our products damaged in transit or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please notify our Returns Department within 3 days of receipt by sending the completed Return Form to “email@example.com”. We will arrange collection of the damaged or faulty item if required.
