Returned goods which are not faulty or not sent in error, will be credited at 90% of the original invoice value and must be returned to us unused, in resalable condition and in the original packaging. . We will be unable to refund postage costs.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that has been damaged in transit or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you. If we do not find a defect on the returned product after carrying out the tests, we will ask you to pay the delivery costs before sending your product back to you.
