7 Day Return Policy
Returned goods which are not faulty or not sent in error, will be credited at 90% of the original invoice value and must be returned to us unused, in resalable condition and in the original packaging. . We will be unable to refund postage costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a 7 Day Return Policy on tattoo inks, as we cannot guarantee the sterility of these products once delivered.

Products must be unused and in their original boxes and packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form.

When we process your refund, the funds are returned to the original payment method, this may take up to 10 business days.
The 7 Day Return Policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged – such items must be returned in accordance with our Damaged or Defective Items Return Policy.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that has been damaged in transit or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
